Use our online entry system to enter with confidence & ease!
Online entries are accepted (and our preferred entry method) for pre-entries.
Use the online entry forms below to enter. Your entry fee total will auto calculate, and you'll provide payment at the end of each entry. Payment options are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.
Online entries are automatically sent to our show secretary and a copy of your entry is also automatically emailed to the address provided. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your confirmation to be received. Email [email protected] if you do not receive confirmation after 24 hours.
Online entries are available for day of show entries for a limited time.

Create an account to save your personal information and your dog's information to your profile.
When you're logged in, entry forms will pre-fill automatically with your profile information!!!
Have multiple dogs? Submit entries for the dog saved to your profile and once you're done, return to your account and update the dog's information tab to a new dog. When you return to the entry forms, they will pre-fill with the new dog's information.

Paper Show Entries
Paper entry forms are accepted for pre-entry through mail and day-of-show entry in person.
MGKC does NOT accept paper entry forms through email!!
Entries must be submitted on the latest UKC paper entry forms and are linked below for your convenience.
Paper Pre-Entries
Paper pre-entries must be paired with paper check. If you wish to pay online, enter online.
Both entry and payment must be received by show secretary before pre-entries close for pre-entry pricing.
MGKC will deposit your check when received. The processing of your payment is confirmation your entry was received and processed.
We recommend mailing paper entries no later than 7-10 days before entries close.

*A dog must be entered in all Shows/Trials/Pulls on one entry form to qualify for the pricing special. *Pulling an entry from one or more shows/trials/pulls before pre-entries close will invalidate special pricing. *Breeds not eligible to enter 8 shows may still use the entry price special for 7 shows instead of 8. ***Entry fees for required addtl classes a dog must enter to earn combined wins for legs towards Advanced Titles of Excellence in Rally. Entry Corrections, Changes, and Cancellations
To correct errors, make a class change, or do a move-up before the show - complete our online Entry Correction/Class Change form. A copy of the form will automatically be emailed to you and the Show Secretary.
