Online Pre-Entries

Online pre-entries are accepted July 1 at 9:00AM -  August 28 at 6:00PM (EST).

Online entries are accepted (and our preferred entry method) for pre-entries.

Use the online entry forms below to enter. Your entry fee total will auto calculate, and you'll provide payment at the end of each entry. Payment options are Visa, Mastercard, etc.

Online entries are automatically sent to our show secretary and a copy of your entry is also automatically emailed to the address provided.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your confirmation to be received. Email middlegakennelclub@gmail.com if you do not receive confirmation after 24 hours.

Day of Show Entries

We accept Check, Cash, and Credit Cards for Day of Show entries.
Day of Show entries accepted online and in person during the posted times.

-DOS Entries Open: August 29, 2026 @ 9am EST
-DOS Entries Close: The Day BEFORE Each Show/Trial/Pull @ 6pm EST

AT EVENT / IN-PERSON DOS ENTRIES (Day-Before)
-Thursday 9/3/26: 12pm-6pm EST (Entries accepted for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday)
-Friday 9/4/26: 9am-6pm EST (Entries accepted for Saturday, Sunday, & Monday)
-Saturday 9/5/26: 9am-6pm EST (Entries accepted for Sunday, & Monday)
-Sunday 9/6/26: 9am-6pm EST (Entries accepted for Monday)
-Monday 9/7/26: No DOS Entries will be Accepted

Plan to enter DOS (in person or online)?
BEFORE the show, please create an account with Eager Dog, set up your profile, and add your dog(s) to your profile. If you already have an account, please review/update your dog(s) information under your profile. Not only will you be able to enter faster, it will help us process your entry quickly and accurately.

Entry corrections

To correct errors, make a class change, or do a move-up before the show - complete our online Entry Correction/Class Change form. A copy of the form will automatically be emailed to you and the Show Secretary. 

Please submit online form as soon as possible, but no later than September 3rd.

Entry Cancellations 

To cancel your entry before the show - email the Show Secretary at middlegakennelclub@gmail.com. Include the dog's breed, call name, registration number, and entries you want to cancel. A refund (less $10 processing fee per event) will be granted if entry cancellation is sent in writing (email accepted) by the pre-entry closing date.

To cancel your entry at the show - Please notify the club representatives at the show operations table. No refunds are offered for cancelling entries after pre-entries close. 

Replacing an Entered Dog 

An entry may be replaced with a new submission instead of a refund, through the pre-entry closing date. Email the Show Secretary at middlegakennelclub@gmail.com. Include the dog's breed, call name, registration number, and events/entries for both the dog you are cancelling and the dog you wish to add. We will provide further instructions by email in response to your request. There is a $10 processing fee to replace an entered dog, per event. 

Bitches in Season (Performance Only) 

A refund may be requested for a bitch that comes in season and is no longer eligible to compete in Weight Pull or Rally.

Before the show - Email the Show Secretary at middlegakennelclub@gmail.com. Include the dog's breed, call name, registration number, and entries you want to cancel. Attach a letter from your Veterinarian stating the bitch is in season in order to receive a refund less the processing fee shown on your entry. 

At the show - Notify the main show table of your bitch in season. A refund is only offered when the bitch can be examined by show staff, using a tissue.

Other Refunds

-The Middle Georgia Kennel Club will refund all entries in the case of a natural disaster or if the shows must be cancelled.

-Refunds for a judge change will be accepted if the exhibitor is present at the show.

-Entry fees shall not be refunded if a dog is absent, disqualified, excused or for errors on the entry forms. Owners are responsible for accuracy of information on the entry forms.
